Calling cardA calling card refers to the telephone card used for the payment of telephone services. It is also known as telephone card, phone card etc It is a very small card almost in the shape and size of a credit card. There are two methods of payment followed in cards. They are prepaid system and credit system.The credit system works on the same principle of a credit card system. But the exact method of payment depends upon the telecommunication system of a country. However the most common method of payment system in telephone card is pre-paid method. A telephone card with specific balance is purchased and as the calls are made, the cost is deducted from the balance. These kind of pre-paid cards are disposed. They are use and throw.
